WEEK 1
Kick-off and Discovery
30-minute call. Six30Labs reviews your project structure, contractor list, and reporting requirements. Named account manager assigned. Configuration brief agreed.
WEEK 1–2
Platform Configuration
Project master created. Packages set up for each contractor and consultant. INSIGHT templates configured. User accounts provisioned. SSO connected for internal team.
WEEK 2
Role-Specific Training
2-hour sessions per role: Project Admins, Contractors, Consultants, Client Viewers. Conducted live by Six30Labs — recorded for new joiners who join the project later.
WEEK 2–3
Parallel Run (Optional)
Run SYNC alongside your existing system for 5 working days. Team builds confidence. Six30Labs monitors and resolves any issues in real time via the Collab channel.
WEEK 3–4
Go Live
SYNC becomes your primary platform. Six30Labs remains available via the dedicated Collab channel. First INSIGHT report is generated and reviewed together in the first week of go-live.
